NDIS

NDIS - check you have funding for a dietitian and we can bill your plan directly. We normally work directly with participants or their COS's. 

We bill NDIS codes:

For children under 9 years old:

15_062_0118_1_3          Early Childhood Intervention Professional – Dietitian 

15_799_0118_1_3          Provider Travel - Non-Labour Costs

For participants 9 years and older:

15_062_0128_3_3          Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Dietitian 

15_799_0128_1_3          Provider Travel - Non-Labour Costs

Medicare

Medicare - visit your GP and ask for a GP chronic condition management plan (GPCCMP). Get a copy sent to us and we can bill medicare directly on your behalf. 

Or for those eligible, ask for an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTMP)

We are medicare registered to use codes 10954, 10951, 82350

Private health

Private health - check your extras cover and make sure it includes dietitians or diabetes educators. We can usually bill directly to your insurer. 

Personal charge

Personal charge - if none of the other options suit, you can pay us directly from your own bank account. Not ideal, but sometimes the only option in order to get the help you need.
